(Junior) Consultant in IT Sourcing

We are seeking passionate, skilled and talented (Junior) Sourcing Consultants to join our team and contribute to our growth. 

Our ideal candidates have a background as Management Consultant in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management or Transformation. You will be responsible for delivering projects with clients as part of our team, driving strategic sourcing initiatives & engagements.

1. Contribute to successful delivery of projects to- & with our clients on Sourcing Strategy, Execution, Transformation and Collaboration.

2. Work closely with our sourcing- & contract management experts to develop practical solutions that support solutions for our clients and their business relations; service providers, suppliers and strategic partnerships. 
   ‍
3. Analyse and Advise on client Sourcing-, Service Delivery- and Contract Management processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing fit-for-purpose processes to prevent value leakage in their strategic business relationships.
   ‍
4. Contribute to our relationships with clients, ensuring understanding of their business needs and objectives, and delivering proven solutions to meet these requirements.
   ‍
5. Support the contract management lifecycle; from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating contracts, contract implementation, managing performance, mitigating risks and ensuring contract & regulatory compliance. 
   ‍
6. Support market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in sourcing execution and identify potential relevance to our clients and stakeholders.
   ‍
7. Collaborate with our cross-functional teams in sales & marketing, product development, and customer success, to support the growth and expansion of the company and its service offerings into selected markets.
   ‍
8. Act as a project delivery expert within the company, contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools in sourcing and contract management whilst maintaining our pragmatic & hands-on approach.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
   ‍
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, IT Operations, Shared Services or Contract Management preferably as Management Consultant.
   ‍
3. Experience contributing to project delivery on; sourcing, transformation, digitalization, shared service centers and/or contract management.
   ‍
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business situations, technical environments and prepare detailed report-outs.
   ‍
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
   ‍
6. Affinity with- or an understanding of contract management best practices and methodologies is a plus.
   ‍
7. Familiarity with Risk & Compliance, Industry Frameworks, and applicable regulations
   ‍
8. Flexibility to travel to client locations
