Senior consultant in IT Sourcing & Contract Management

We are seeking passionate, skilled and experienced Senior Sourcing and Contract Management Consultants to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Our ideal candidates have a background in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Contract Management, with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions to clients. You will be responsible for delivering projects with clients, driving strategic sourcing initiatives & engagements and contribute to innovative approaches.

1. Successful delivery of projects to- & with our clients on Sourcing- & Contract Management Strategy, Execution, Transformation and Collaboration
   ‍
2. Work closely with our sourcing- & contract management experts to develop practical solutions that support solutions for our clients and their business relations; suppliers, service providers and strategic partnerships.
   ‍
3. Analyse and consult on client sourcing and contract management processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing fit-for-purpose processes to prevent value leakage in their strategic business relationships.
   ‍
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives, and providing tailored and proven solutions to meet these requirements.
   ‍
5. Lead and manage the full contract management lifecycle, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating contracts, contract implementation, managing performance, mitigating risks and ensuring contract and regulatory compliance.
   ‍
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in the sourcing and contract management space, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
   ‍
7. Collaborate with our cross-functional teams in sales & marketing, product development, and customer success, to support the growth and expansion of the company and its service offerings into selected markets.

8. Act as a subject matter expert within the company, contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools in sourcing and contract management whilst matianing our pragmatic & hands-on attitude.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with on-the-field experience in ICT, Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Procurement.

2. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Strategic Sourcing, IT Operations, Shared Services or Contract Management as Management Consultant or In-House corporate role.
   ‍
3. Proven track record of successfully managing- & delivering (complex) sourcing and contract management projects, developing business cases that have delivered value for money and transformed operations.
   ‍
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and analyze complex business situations and technical environments.
   ‍
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
   ‍
6. Experience with and an understanding of contract management best practices and methodologies
   ‍
7. Familiarity with Risk & Compliance, Frameworks, and applicable regulations
   ‍
8. Flexibility to travel to client locations
